Our pretty tearoom is situated in what was the castle kitchen and offers a wide choice of food. We pride ourselves on the quality we offer our customers, and are renowned for our home baking, especially scones and carrot cake. Our soups and main dishes are all made here using locally sourced products. Customers may use the Laird's Kitchen without touring the castle. Open daily from 10am - 5pm.

Things to see and do
The castle is open as a visitor attraction from the 8th January to December 20th each year - 10am-5pm daily.
The castle boasts some of the finest painted ceilings in Scotland; the widest turnpike stair; displays of Victorian clothes, armour, all combined with the atmosphere of a lived-in home, make the castle a worthwhile visit.
