Fife Lodge Hotel, Banff
The family run Fife Lodge Hotel is located in the Historic Royal Burgh of Banff on the Moray Firth Coast. Set in its own private grounds, the hotel has nine comfortable bedrooms. The spacious family rooms are ideal for short breaks.
The hotel offers a choice of dining, whether in the Lounge Bar or the Montcoffer Room. Only the freshest of local ingredients are used in our menus for Morning Coffees, Afternoon Teas, Lunches, Evening Meals and Dinners. Private Dinner Parties, Meetings, Training Courses and Seminars can easily be accommodated within the various public rooms and Braco Suite.
For weddings and other functions, the Braco Suite can accommodate up to 250 guests for formal functions and up to 400 for special cabarets, dances and conferences.
For visitors requiring self catering accommodation, The Lodge Bungalow located next to the hotel can accommodate up to eight people.
Guests staying at the hotel will find plenty to do. A few minutes walk will take you to Banff town centre, Duff House Country House Gallery, Princess Royal Sport Trust, the River Deveron and Banff Harbour. The surrounding area offers an unrivalled variety of castles, fishing villages, heritage centres, distilleries, country and coastal walks.
Locally there are several golf courses, including Duff House Royal Golf Club which was redesigned by Dr. Alister Mackenzie, who later went on to design the world famous Augusta National golf course.
For the younger ones there is an adventure playground at the nearby links. Whilst the children play, watch the dolphins swim by in the bay. In Macduff you will find Macduff bowling alley, Macduff Marine Aquarium and Royal Tarlair Golf Club.
