If you want to create an event, please contact the organisers at info@coastfestival.org.uk.

Pinhole Photography 2 Day FAMILY Workshop26th May - 27th May

In collaboration with the COAST Festival and inspired by the August Sander photographic exhibition, this hands-on workshop will run over two afternoons.  The pinhole camera is the simplest form of photographic recording device and can be made using basic everyday recycled materials.  Participants will build their own cameras, take photographs using light sensitive paper and then develop black & white prints to take home. As if by magic, see the amazing amount of detail the pinhole camera can capture, producing striking and unusual photographs.

This activity is particularly suitable for adult and child (min age 7 years) pairs working on a camera together and is offered at £10 per pair.  All materials provided.

This is expected to be a popular activity and places are limited. Early booking in advance is essential by calling 01261 813000.
