Fordyce

The conservation village of Fordyce lies a little inland from Sandend and is well worth the detour from the main coastal road. With its winding streets based on a medieval plan, a 13th century church and a 16th century castle built right in the centre of the village, Fordyce has much to charm the visitor with.
