| “Listening To Our Visitors” Workshop - 10 March 2010 |
|
Back At our recent members evening we informed everyone of our fantastic “Listening To Our Visitors” Regional Workshop that we have planned for 10th March from 2pm – 5pm. at the Fife Lodge Hotel. This is the launch of a regional project to gather valuable visitor information that can be used to improve our visitor’s experience. We need a number of ambassadors from various tourism businesses to represent the region and to form an important decision making group who will be responsible for the launch of this project. A real hand’s on opportunity to have your say and make a difference! In December 2009 we held a “Listening to our Visitors” workshop to look at ways businesses can improve their services. This is the follow up and the key to shaping what we should be delivering in our region. This influential group will be making key decisions on the 10th March on what the new regional survey/feedback will look like, how it will be rolled out, plus they will manage the gathering and formatting of the information received. Come on get involved and make a difference!!! 80% of people will tell you about bad experiences but only 20% will tell you when you are doing things right. By “Listening To Our Visitors” we can identify what our visitors like and dislike. This will ensure Banffshire Coast is on the map as a key tourist destination. If you would like to be a trail-blazer and play an active part in this project then please contact the office by either calling 01261 815641 or via email at contact@banffshirecoast.com to reserve your space. |
